Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • While using Talkit, you may encounter some common problems. Here are some solutions:
    • The generated app doesn’t meet expectations?
      • If the app’s functionality or appearance doesn’t meet your needs, first check whether the prompt is clear and accurate. Try rewriting the prompt with more detailed descriptions, then regenerate the app. If the problem persists, check the help documentation or contact the support team.
      Page edits not taking effect?
      • If your changes in the online editor aren’t reflected in real time, it may be due to network issues or caching problems. Try refreshing the page and check your network connection. If the issue continues, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
      Website/app deployment failed?
      • If deployment fails, check the deployment logs to identify specific errors. Common causes may include cloud platform configuration errors or domain binding issues. Follow the error prompts to make adjustments, such as reconfiguring your cloud platform account or checking domain resolution settings.
    • Database connection issues?
      • If there are problems with database operations, check whether the database configuration is correct. The database structure generated by Talkit usually doesn’t require manual setup, but if you have custom needs, ensure the database connection information—such as database name, username, and password—is correct.
